Usually, "forever celebrity" is sort of a bad thing. As if that supports the fact that she isn't relevant, but she is still putting out music, albeit only a little bit, and it is still quality (I for one loved the song she put out on New Year) and that makes "forever celebrity" a good thing. I mean, I don't know how Chinese people feel, but she will be relevant to me, like I said, as long as she is alive and still make good music.
hmm the thought of a celebrity forever is quite terrifying. thanks for sharing your opinions.
i’m not exactly chinese per se but why would that matter.
i honestly don’t feel that the negative comments for the latest performance by faye is unfounded. i think fans, no matter how die-hard, have to be realistic when they hear that their idol has not performed as well as she can. a few negative comments does not mean that we hate her, it means we wish her well and for her to be better!
whatever it is, i won’t be saying it is an OK performance when i feel that she looks and sounds so uncomfortable singing live. maybe it’s easier to point all these negativity to that bloody strawberry scalp.
brings to mind a conversation i had with a friend and a question popped. is faye even relevant now?
To the Jay Chou fans who can take a joke, THANK YOU.
To the “offended” Jay Chou fans, pull up your big girl panties and get the fuck over it. Isn’t Faye one of his idols? He covered Red Bean a few years ago. Faye Wong comparing your song to shit should probably be considered as some form of flattery.
lol, great gif right there. i was a little lost too with the random sorry joke. guess she ain’t that sorry after all.
